The company was formerly known as Adtalem Global Education Inc. and changed its name to Covista Inc. in February 2026. Covista Inc. has a strategic collaboration agreement with Advocate Health to expand access to nursing education and build a direct pipeline of practice-ready nurses across the communities Advocate Health serves. Covista Inc. was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
